What is Graphic Recording? 

AKA, Graphic Facilitation (slightly different approach and execution), Sketch Notes, Visual Note-Taking, Scribing (you get the idea) is a tool used to engage visual learners. Graphic Recording is a summary of a presentation or conversation that synthesizes dialogue down into key ideas using words and visuals. 

This incredible tool increases participation, engagement, memory, and creates lasting artifacts and communication pieces for your team.

Partner with me, an experienced and skilled graphic recorder, meeting designer, and facilitator, to ensure that you ask the right questions for a lasting outcome. I have almost 20 years of experience facilitating Fortune 500 companies through design thinking workshops building roadmaps, holding space for leadership teams and helping them to create strong messaging to bring back to their teams, creating and communicating mission, vision, guiding principles, and values, etc. My clients range from Finance to Healthcare to Technology and all Life Sciences. I sub-contract with large consultancies and get my hands dirty with SMEs to create single frame presentations, giving me a leg-up on understanding complex content across multiple industries.

How do I Engage with Kate and Utilize her Services?

There are 3 different tracks and rates to work with me:

1. Graphic Recording:

Engage your audience with crazy cool and highly targeted marketing materials and/or communication pieces. These artifacts will help to move your ideas into action.

2. Illustration Services, Engagement Boards, and Storyboarding:

Maybe you have a lot of ideas and you'd like assistance in storyboarding to create a visual that explains your content quickly and eloquently. I have experience illustrating videos and playbooks. Simply send me a script and I can get to work. Maybe you want to stand out at a convention or add something specail to your meeting. I have experience creating interactive displays that engage and wow! Let's make it happen!

3. Designing and Facilitating:

My goal is to help improve the design of your meeting and make our hard effort last beyond 4 walls or a computer screen. I draw on decades of experience designing meetings and pull from a robust toolkit to drive outcomes.

How Much do Kate's Services Cost and What is Included?

I cannot post flat rates as every client is different, however I operate on a day rate which includes a planning call. Each of the 3 tracks have different pricing, as they each require varying amounts of time and skill. 

I will charge for expenses to travel and foam boards, when applicable.

If I create foams, they're yours to keep in addition to high-resolution digital outputs.
